with Pvt Daum's name embossed in gold on it's cover.
   The book was produced by The London Times in 1952 and a copy was apparently sent to every lost serviceman's family.  This is the first example that we have seen
October 1953 enclosed letter from John Astor, Chairman (of the Times?) is addressed to Mrs. Daum Winston Churchill's Message appeared on a page within the book Recollections of John Daum
