   I still have his parachute wings badge with the oval cloth backing. Black backing with a red/orange edging. This went with him on all his jumps.
   Somehow he had his car with him, which was a Lincoln Zephyr. I often wonder how he managed to bring it over. There is of course the chance that it was an 'official' transport issue. He never had a Jeep."
