CSM (ret.) Kenneth "Rock" Merritt returned to Belgium in
August 2016, the first time he had been there since the war, 73 years
prior. Rock, accompanied by Troy
Palmer and his son Rob, was hosted by members of the C-47 Club Ardennes
Salm River Chapter [visit their
