Reunion
Ribbon
was attached to all the name tags |
Joe Perry
kept his name tag and ribbon carefully
pressed into an album. All images shown here are from his
personal collection. |
Plaza Hotel
was the venue for the 1981reunion. The beachside setting
certainly must have been an attractive draw for the vets and their
families |
People Like It
says the postcard and they still do as many thousands vacation
in Daytona Beach annually |
Boardwalk & Pier Area
the printing process did not properly register the colors on
this post card and the offsetting makes it seem blurry.
Perhaps the Chamber used them as giveaways as they would not sell
easily |
Keepsake Key Ring
was probably provided by the Daytona Beach News-Journal and
Daytona Times publisher.
Joe doesn't seem to have ever used it for its intended purpose. |
