"Ike" Jacket
history details its original and how it became the favorite of many troops. 
   It remained in use until the early 1960s when it was phased out of the official uniform set, much to the lament of the service personal, both Army and Air Force.

Wurtzbach Uniform
carries the regimental awards of the French and Belgian Fourragére and the Netherlands Orange Lanyard as well as individual awards of Parachutists Badge and CIB

John managed to keep his sidearm as a souvenir and it now is on display along with his uniform.
