Pvt H. J. Alfrey

   Mrs. Donna Belle Alfrey, 2734 South Tenth street, has received the posthumous purple heart award to her husband, Pvct Howard J. Alfrey, who was killed in action in Belgium on December 27.
   Private Alfrey, who was a paratrooper-demolitionist, entered the service in December 1943, and arrived overseas last September.  He was a graduate of Lincoln high school
