Sgt Joseph P. Guzzy, son of Mrs. Anna Turczynski , of 213 Wilson St, and husband of Sophie W. Guzzy, of 629 Wrest Seventh street, was wounded in combat Dec. 21, in Europe as a paratrooper.
   When last heard from, Sgt Guzzy was in England.  He was inducted into the Army at New Cumberland.  A graduate of St. Hedwig's Parochial School , he was employed at the Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock prior to entering the service.
   Sgt Guzzy has a daughter, Sophie Phyllis, aged one year, who he has never seen.
