Grave marker for Calvin S. Arkeketa in the Otoe-Missouria
Tribal Cemetery, Red Rock (Noble County), Oklahoma,
Calvin was an Native American and a member of the
Otoe-Missouria Tribe.
He volunteered for parachutist duty after enlisting in
the Army (date unknown) and joined the Hq 1st Company, possibly after
being transferred in from the 507th PIR, in Frankfurt in 1945. |
