Grave markers for Roy A. Aubuchon in the Saint Charles
Memorial Gardens, Saint Charles (St. Charles county), Missouri.
Roy enlisted in the Army at Jefferson Barracks, MO on 26
November 1944.
On 16 October 1942 Pvt Aubuchon was transferred from
the 507th PIR as cadre to the newly activated 508th PIR.
Pfc Aubuchon was wounded in action on 3 July 1944 and
evacuated to a field hospital. He was later transferred to another
hospital and did not return to the regiment.
He was discharged on 4 August 1945. |
