ROBERT BENTHIN

Mr. Robert ''B.B.'' Benthin, 70, of 6028 McDaniel Ln. died May 22, 1993 at home. Funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at Sharon Memorial Park. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight at McEwen Funeral Home, Derita chapel.

Mr. Benthin, a native of Yakima, Wash., retired in 1989 as a Carolina Frame truck body repairman. He was a World War II Army veteran.

Survivors are his wife, Marcelle; daughter, Mrs. Patricia Norris; brothers, Glenn Thogerson of Brush Prairie, Wash., Harry Benthin of Erie, Kan.; sister, Mrs. Irene Pimental of Kearns, Utah; stepson, Kelly Vandagriff of Concord; one grandson; one stepgrandson; nephews and nieces.

Memorials may be made to Hospice at Charlotte, 1420 E. 7th St., Charlotte, N.C. 28204.
