RALPH V. BOOTH

Ralph Vincent Booth, 75, of Phoenix, a retired driver with the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, died Feb. 13, 1998.  He was born in New York and was a World War II Army Airborne veteran.  Survivors include his wife, Donna; daughter, Barbara Cast; sons. Ralph E, Dennis, and David; sisters, Doris Reed, Shirley Weatherly and Dorothy McNulty; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Greer-Wilson funeral Home, 5921 w. Thomas Road, Phoenix, with visitation one hour before services.  Contributions: Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower St., Phoenix, AZ, 85014-5699.
