LOIS BROCKWELL
Grave marker of Lois Brockwell and spouse in Section Y, Site 105 of the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.

Lois enlisted at the same Jefferson Barracks on 10 September 1943.  He completed basic training  and volunteered for parachutist duty.  Upon completion of jump school Pvt Brockwell was shipped overseas and was initially assigned to Company C, 508th PIR.

On 1 August 1944 he was transferred to Company F.  He was promoted to the rank of Tec/5 the following month.

T6 Brockwell was awarded the Bronze Service Arrowhead device for his participation in the Holland campaign and Airborne operations.
