	Birth Certificate a corrected copy for birth of Dalton Wayne Broom on 18 June 1922 issued in Henderson county, TX. Changes were made based on the affidavit of a Dorothy Dupree, perhaps a midwife, and reflect updates on both parents as well as the name of the child.
	Death Certificate for Dalton Wayne. Broom who died at the tragically early age f 39. He suffered from liver and bone marrow failure as well as lung cancer.
	Grave marker for Dalton W. Broom in Davis Cemetery, Athens (Henderson county), Texas. Dalton enlisted in the Army at Dallas, TX on 24 March 1943. The following year, on 5 March, Pfc Broom re-enlisted while stationed at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. At some juncture he was transferred to Co E, 508th PIR where he was awarded a Good Conduct Medal on 17 July 1945. He was discharged on 19 August 1946.
