CHADBOURN -- Joseph Edward Bullard, 79, of Old N.C. 74, died Wednesday .

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Corinth Baptist Church by the Rev. Ross Moyer. Burial will be in Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Bullard is survived by his wife, Elouise A. Bullard of the home; a son, Eddie J. Bullard of Chadbourn; a daughter, Diane B. Edmund of Chadbourn; a sister, Doris Davis of Whiteville; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn.
