BERYL L. BUMGARNER

Beryl L. Bumgarner, 74
   DOVER --- Bertl L. Bumgarner of Dover {DE] died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, in Delaware Veterans Hospital. Wilmington.  He was 74.
   Mr. Bumgarner was the son of the late Lester and Georgia Tony Bumgarner.
   He served in the U.S. army during World War II.
   Mr. Bumgarner was a Realtor and a salesman in the Rehoboth beach, and Washington, DC areas, working for Anderson Stokes.  He worked for First State Chevrolet/ Oldsmobile later in Georgetown, and winner Ford in Dover.
   He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign wars, American Legion, Moose lodge and many organizations in the ara.
   He is survived by his wife, Kay Taylor Bumgarner of Dover; a son Michael W. Bumgarner of Charleston, W. Va.; a brother Robert Bumgarner of Cheylin, w. Va. and two grandchildren, Katlin and Lester.

Beryl enlisted in the Army at Huntington, WV on 3 June 19re.

Pfc Bumgarner was transferred to Company A, 508th PIR from the 11th Reinforcement  Depot on 7 March 1945.

Her was awarded the Good Conduct Medal on 27 March 1945 and was discharged on 21 January 1946.
