October 1942 at enlisted at Ft Jay, Governors Island, NY and was a
member of Company E,
He was seriously wounded in action
on 8 October 1944 and evacuated to a field hospital. On 10 January
1945 he was transported to a hospital in the U.S. and did not return to
the regiment. |
