James submitted this application for the Pennsylvania WWI/I Veterans Bonus on 2 April 1950.

He was credited with 22 months of domestic duty and 20 months of foreign service resulting in an award of the full $500 bonus available.

James passed away on 22 January 1993.  His final resting place is currently unknown.
