Michael J. Cerra

Services for Michael J. Cerra, a Munhall policeman, will be at 11 a. m. tomorrow in St. Theresa Church, Munhall.
   Officer Cerra, 45, of 114 Elizabeth St., died yesterday in Homestead Hospital after a heart attack.
   Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Martha Turocy Cerra; three daughters, Michelle, Carl and Lisa, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Josephine Cerra; a brother, Henry of Munhall, and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Miller of Boston.
   Friends are being received at the George Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main St., Munhall.

Michael was inducted into the Army at Greensburg, PA on 10 February 1943.

On 29 September 1944, Pvt Cerra was transferred from 82nd Airborne Hq to Service Company, 508th PIR and subsequently to Hq 2nd.

His military decorations include the Combat Infantryman Badge fawarded or action during campaign, 18 Dec 1944 to 20 Feb 1945
