William registered for the draft in New York City, NY
on 16 October 1940 and was inducted into The Army in the same city
on 6 April 1943.
Pfc Condon was wounded in action on 1 February
1945 and returned to the company on 23 February.
William died on 10 October 1981, his final resting
place is unknown.
