   Leroy was born September 3 1918 a Kansas City, KS and was a lifelong Jayhawks fan. He was a former member at All Saints Lutheran Church for 50 yean and at the time of his death was a member

of  Grandview  United Methodist Church. He was a member of the 101at Airborne and a Veteran of Foreign Wars.
   He was preceded in death by his first wife of 44 years Virginia L Culver.
   Leroy la survived by his wife Debbie Culver of the home, eon Laren Miles Culver Kansas City KS, sister, Laura J Campbell, Marietta GA, stepson Chris Chubicfc and wife Kell,, Houston Lake, MO two grandchildren, Ginger Tilliach and Jason Culver, Kansas City KS and two great-grandchildren Chrystal and Morgan
