 Sidney
registered for the draft in his home area of Cherokee county, NC ca 1942.
He enlisted in the Army at Camp Croft, SC on 19 March 1943 and was
assigned to Company G, 508th PIR at a later date.
He was discharged on 19 January 1946. |
