Grave marker for Robert S. Doiel in
Section 60, Site 1631 of Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington
(Arlington County), Virginia..
Robert enlisted in the Army in Omaha,
NE and as a Pfc re-upped on on November 2, 1945.. His grave marker
inscription indicates that he was twice wounded and was also awarded the
Silver Star. All three awards apparently happened before he was
transferred into the 508th. |
