SAMUEL J. DOTO
Samuel Jerry Doto, 70. . . Retired Truck Driver

MR. DOTO, 201 Bloxam Ave., Minneola [FL], died Sunday, Feb. 13. He was a retired truck driver.

Born in Camden, N.J., he moved to Central Florida in 1954. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clermont. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Elks. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors: wife, Vivian Evelyn; son, Jerry Edward, Palatka; daughter, Linda Smith, Clermont; sisters, Yolanda Cutler, Florence Carocci, both of Fort Pierce, Mary Powelko, Levittown, Pa, ., Margaret Sutter, Morristown, Pa.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Christened as Severio, he enlisted with his adopted name of Samuel at Shelbyville, IN on 13 October 1945. He was later assigned to Co D, 508th in Frankfurt, Germany.  He was discharged on 5 August 1948.
