Grave marker for Marion R. Estrada in Lakeside Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Folsom (Sacramento county), California.

Marion enlisted in the Army at Sacramento, CA on 16 March 1943.

Pvt Estrada was transferred Company F from the Parachute School on 11 September 1943.  He remained with the company until he was transferred o the 17th Airborne Division on 28 May 1945.

His military decorations include the Bronze service arrowhead device awarded for participation in Normandy assault.
