MILTON F. GALLAGHER

Milton F. Gallagher, 77, died Friday at his home.
   He was a native of Cincinnati, former Bancroft chief of police, a retired general foreman at American Standard Co. and an Army veteran of World War II.
   Survivors: a daughter, Patricia A. Thomas; a son, Michael W. Gallagher; stepsons, D Scott and Steven C. Thompson; and six grandchildren.
   Funeral 10 a.m. Thursday, Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 8509 Westport Road.  Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Cincinnati.  Visitation: Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road, 5-9 p.m., Wednesday.
   Memorial gifts: American Heart Association.
