On 21 February 1944, Pvt
Gallagher was list as having reported in sick call at the hospital. On
March 1st he was transferred to the Detachment of Patients at the 79th
General Hospital, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
On 125 April, Pvt
Gallagher was attached to the company for rations, quarters and duty
from the 10 Replacement Depot. On My 3rd he as relieved of the attached
status and assigned to the company.
He was promoted to Tec/5
on 14 September 1944
On 109 June 1944 by verbal
orders of the commander, he was attached to Hq & Hq Com Regimental Mail

He was discharged on 12
