David Lee Garrell Jr. David Lee Garrell Jr., 57, of Tallahassee died Saturday at his home.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bevis Colonial Funeral Home (385-2193), with burial at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
A native of Columbus County, N.C., and Tallahassee resident since 1974, he was a retired master sergeant for the U.S. Army. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War where he received the Bronze Star. Also, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by a daughter, Kimberly C. Garrell of Tallahassee; a brother, and two sisters.
