entry of 0317693 has been red-lined. This serial number reflects
his initial enlistment in the engineers corps, PA National Guard on 17
February 1941.
According to this document
he entered active duty on 13 August 1943. National Archives
records show that he re-enlisted on 10 November 1945.
T4 Grykin returned to the
U.S. on 2 March 1946 and was discharged on 10 November 1948 at the
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Although known to be
deceased in February 1971 his final resting place has yet to be found. |
