H. Harshman

  TWIN FALLS - Harry H. Harshman, 65, Twin Falls, died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital in Boise following a long illness. Born July 8, 1909, in Pittsfield. IL., he was a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Air Force.
   Survivors are one aunt, Lillian Stewart, Winchester, IL
   Graveside funeral services for Mr. Harshman will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Twin Falls Cemetery.
   Friends may call at White Mortuary Wednesday and until noon Thursday.

Harry registered for the draft in Shelley (Bingham), ID on 26 October 1940 and was inducted into the Army at  Pocatello, ID on 21 May 1942.

On 11 April 1943, Pvt Harshman was listed as a new member of Company D, 508th PIR but no other mention of him has been seen as yet.
