INNES Thursday, Feb. 16, 1967, John C, of Verona, Pa., husband of Margaret Margaret E.; father of Mrs. Leet (Alice) Sommerfeld, John C. Jr. and David; son of Harry W., brother of James, Harry, Robert and Mrs. Eleanor Cramer; also survived by three Grandchildren.

Friends may call at the LEONARD P BURKE T FUNERAL HOME, 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, where services will be held Monday at 11 a m. In lieu of flowers, make contributions to the Verona U. P. Church, Verona, Pa.

John submitted this application for the Pennsylvania WWII Veterans Bonus on 24 March 1950.

His domestic service began on 24 April 1944 and ended on 22 January 19445 when he left the U.S. on a troop ship.

His foreign service ended upon return to the U.S. on 2 March 1946

He was discharged on 25 April 1946 at the Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, PA

Credited with 9 moths of domestic duty and 13 months of foreign service, he received a $285 bonus

John registered for the draft ca 1940 in Penn Township, PA.

He enlisted in the Army at New Cumberland, PA on 25 April 1944.

Pvt Innes was transferred from the 3rd Replacement Depot to Company E, 508th PIR on 13 February 1945.

His military decorations include the Combat Infantryman Badge awarded for action from 15 February 1945 to 20 February 1945.
