Survived by wife, Lois A.; daughters, Mrs. Lois Neal of Akron and Elisa Johnson of the residence; one grandson; mother, Mrs. Leila Johnson of California: brothers, Murl Johnson of Akron. Harold of Cuyahoga Falls, and Rolland of California. Graveside services Thursday 3 p. m. in Fairview Cemetery, Granger, O. Dr. Harry D. Rose officiating. Friends may call at Billow's Chapel, 85 N. Robert enlisted in the Army at Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN on 3 February 1942.

I January 1944, he was listed as wounded in action in Italy.

Pfc Johnson was transferred to Hq 3rd on 30 May 1945 and was discharged on 14 September 1945.
