LINDALE KEATING

Grave marker for Lindale Keating in Plot 5a-194-6 of the Austin Memorial Park Cemetery, Austin (Travis county), Texas.

Lindale was a Master sergeant in both the Service Company and Hq Hq of the 508th.  He was captured on D-Day and held as a prisoner of war until he was liberated on 3 May 19455.  It is not known which POW camps) he may have been in.

Lindale remained in the Army and subsequently served in the Korean Conflict.
