CHILLICOTHE, O., May 1 --- Donald L,. Kirkendall of Route 1, Hamden, 26, was fatally injured last night when his automobile crashed into a masonry column  at the south entrance to the Chillicothe veterans administration hospital, where he was employed

CHILLICOTHE, O., May 2 (INS) --- Donald L,. Kirkendall of Route 1, Hamden, 26, was fatally injured at midnight last night when his automobile crashed into a masonry column  at the south entrance to the Chillicothe veterans administration hospital.
   Kirkendall, an employe of the hospital, was returning to his living quarters on the reservation when the accident occurred.
   Ross county coroner R. E. Oliver ruled the death was accidental.
