HOMER L. LAW
Grave marker for Homer L. Law in Block O of the Laurel Hill Cemetery, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa.  Homer died in Spokane City, WA on July 26, 1990 and his remains were returned to his home area for burial.

Homer was a member of Company A during WW-II and was slightly wounded on 9 June,1944 in Normandy.  He was more severely wounded on 19 June and spent three weeks in recovery before returning to the unit.

He transitioned to the Air Force after that new branch of service was created in September 1947 and apparently retired as a TSgt after serving in both Korea and Vietnam.
