HARRY K. LEVENDUSKI
LEVENDUSKI, HARRY K.
    Levenduski, Harry K. - age 69 of Lake Station passed away Wednesday, September 23, 1987. Survivors: wife, Doris; sons, Dale (Evelyn) Levenduski of Marengo. Indiana, Keven and Tracy at home; two daughters, Sharon and Amy at home; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services Saturday, September 26, 8 p.m. from Dellenbach Funeral Chapel, 2600 Colfax St., Gary (Black Oak) with Pastor Bernard Ford officiating. Graveside services Monday 1p.m., Veteran's Administration Cemetery, Marion, Indiana. Visitation Friday 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m.
   Mrs. Levenduski was a member of the Black Oak Eagles Lodge 2953. In lieu of flowers, memorials are being accepted by the family.

Harry registered for the draft in Gary, IN on 16 October 1940 and was inducted into the Army  at Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN on 12 April 1944.

On 20 October 1945, Pfc Levenduski appeared in the 508th 3rd Anniversary book photo of men recently arrived in Hq 1st.

He was discharged on 23 July 1946.

In 1948 he  married Irene Frances Harrison in Washington, IN.  she unfortunately died in 1980.

He was married in 1983 to Doris Ann Watkins in Gary, Indiana

Sadly that marriage was cut short when Harry died of congestive heart failure on 23 September 1987
