beloved husband of Mary Jane Lorfing; devoted father
of Michael L. Lorfing and Cathy Bright; loving
grandfather of Julie Ann Bright. Also survived
by several nieces and nephews.

FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia k.,
Ellicott City. A Funeral Service will be
private. Entombment Crest Lawn Memorial
Gardens. Donations may be made to St. Agnes

enlist in the Army on 1 August 1943 and was
transferred to Company A, 508th PIR.
Pfc Lorfing was listed as slightly
injured in action on 1 February 1945 and was
evacuated to a field hospital. He rejoined the
company on 31 March 1945.
