Grave marker for Eugene A. Lucas enlisted in the Army at Greensburg, PA
Pvt Lucas was initially assigned to the 509th PIR but was
transferred to Company A, 508th in February 1945. He was later
transferred to Company B.
Pfc Lucas was awarded the Bronze Service Arrowhead
device for Southern France Campaign and Airborne Operations. |
