Grave marker for Frank Maggio in Plot:
19, 0, 81, Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton (Suffolk), New York.
Frank was a member of the 508th's
Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion during WW-II. In November 1945 he
was a SSgt when he re-enlisted. He later served in Korea as well.
During those tours he earned the Bronze Star Medal with OLC and the Purple
Heart with OLC. |
