EDWARD J. MARESCO
   

Pennsylvania WWII Veterans Bonus application submitted by Edward J. Maresco on 27 January 1950.

Native to Scranton, PA, he ws then living in Cleveland, OH with his wife Kathleen who he had married in Cuyahoga County, OH the prior year.

Edward was credited with 12 months of domestic duty and 24 months of foreign service.  He was awarded a bonus payment of $480.00.

Edward registered for the draft ca.1942. 

He enlisted on 5 January 1943 at Wilkes Barre, PA and was assigned to Service Company, 508th PIR.

Pfc Marasco returned to the U.S. via troop ship arriving on 13 December 1945.

He was discharged at Unit B, Separation Center #5, Indiantown Gap Military Reservation on 17 December 1945.
