Grave marker for Loran A. Morse in Section 19c, Site 76 of
the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix (Maricopa county),
Arizona. Loran enlisted in the Army at Milwaukee, WI
on 30 November 1942. His initial service record is unknown.
Pvt Morse was transferred from the 51st Reinforcement
Battalion to Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 508th PIR on 26 April
1945, probably as the result of another parachute infantry unit being
deactivated. |
