JOSEPH I. NARBONE

Grave marker for Joseph I. Narbone in Saint Michaels Cemetery, South Hackensack (Bergen county), New Jersey which he shares with his brother Anthony.

Joseph enlisted in the Army at Newark, NJ on 2 August 1944.  T/5 Narbone was transferred to Service Company, 508th PIR in late 1945 or early 1946. 

The only record of his presence in the 508th was on General Order 13, issued on 6 March 1946 in which he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.
