ROBERT J. NOWLIN

Bob was a commercial fisherman who served in WWII (Bob was in the 17th and 82nd Airborne division and was in the Battle of the Bulge. He jumped the Rhine, but he did not like to talk about his experiences in the war.)

On March 28, 1947 he married Betty Jane Robinson. Together Bob and Betty raised four beautiful kids - Jane; Cheri; Jack and Vicki Joe. He was proceeded in death by his wife Betty.

Robert enlisted in the Army at Ft Lewis, Washington on 27 April 1944.

Following basic training and jump school he was assigned to Company B, 508th PIR.
