Grave marker for Albert A. Pate in Plot Six, Hillside Memorial Park, Redlands (San Bernardino county), California.

Albert enlisted in the Army at Clarksburg, WV on 9 June 1943 and was assigned to Company F, 508th PIR.

His military decorations include the Bronze Service Arrowhead device for Southern France Campaign and Airborne Operations.

Pvt Pate was transferred to the 101st Airborne Division on 28 May  1945.
