Grave marker for Radford O. Pyron and his brother in Old Camp United Methodist Church Cemetery (Carroll county), Georgia.

 

Radford registered for the draft in Carrollton, Carroll, GA ON 18 October 1943 and was inducted into the Army on 4 November 1943.

Pfc Radford was listed in a roster of names and home addresses for men in Hq 3, as of 23 September 1945 and also appeared in the 3rd Anniversary book photo of men recently arrived in Hq 3rd, 508th PIR.

He re-enlisted on 10 November 1945 and served more than 20 years before retiring on 1 August 1964.
