Jack A. Reisser, 66

 Jack A. Reisser, 66, of Wawatam Township, Emmet County, died April 29, 1991, at Little Traverse Division, Northern Michigan Hospitals, Petoskey, following a long illness.
   Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 2, at St Anthony's Catholic Church, Mackinaw City. The Rev. Joseph V. Kluonius will officiate and burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Mackinaw City.
   Mr. Reisser was born Dec. 2, 1924, in Detroit, the son of John and Theresa (Koerber) Reisser. He married Josephine M. Smith on June 26, 1948, in East Lansing.
   Mr. Reisser was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

Jack enlisted in the Army on 2 August 1943.

On 11  December 1945, SSgt Reisser was transferred from 82n Airborne Division HQ to Company I, 508th PIR.

He was discharged on 17 January 1946.

He married Josephine May Smith in East Lansing, MI on 26 June 1948.
