Harry Roll
Harry A. Roll, 92, died Feb. 10. He was a WWII
veteran awarded two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star.
Survived by children Jan A. roll and Stephen (Carol) Roll;
grandchildren Jason, Jessie (Krista) and David Roll; three
great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by wife Ruby V. (nee Henson) Roll; five siblings.

Harry A. Roll, beloved husband of the late Ruby V. Roll (nee Henson). Dear father of Jan A. & Stephen L. (Carol) Roll. Loving grandfather of Jason, Jessie (Krista), Jenna Lee, & David Roll and great grandfather of Ethan, Camdyn & Noah Roll. Preceded in death by 5 siblings. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Harry was a 82nd Airborne Division WWII Vet that was awarded 2 Purple Hearts & a Bronze Star. He was a member of V.F.W. Post #10380, Amvets #41, American Legion #425, and #508 Parachute Regiment. Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Age 92 years. "Our Hero from America's Greatest Generation".
A Memorial Service will be held at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church, 5771 State Route 128, Cleves, OH 45002, on Sunday, February 22nd at 3:00 PM. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the above church's Promise Fund. Gump-Holt Funeral Home serving the family.
