Pennsylvania WWII Veterans Bonus Application for Robert J. Santucci.

Robert enlisted in the Army at Pittsburgh, PA on 6 February 1943.

On 10 August 193 Pvt Santucci was transferred from the Parachute School, Fort Benning, GA to Co H, 508th PIR.

However, on 2 September 1943 Pvt Santucci was transferred to Replacement Station #990.

According to his bonus application he departed the U.S. on 3 September 1944 and returned on 4 August 1944.  This may mean that he was severely wounded and returned for treatment.

His was discharged on 22 January 1945.
