EDWARD A. STASKO

Application for headstone or Marker and resulting marker for Cpl Edward A. Stasko in Saint Anthony Cemetery, Webster (Worcester county), Massachusetts.

Edward enlisted in the Army at Springfield, MA on 10 July 1944.

On 3 October 1945, Pfc Stasko was transferred from the 504th PIR to Company I, 508th PIR.

Cpl Stasko was discharged on 28 June 1946.

Less than three months later, on 9 December 1945. Edward died under unknown circumstances.

He was buried in the Stasko family plot and his name appears with that of his parents, sister Margaret, sister Irene, brother-in-law Bernard Chosta,  and nephew Gary Chosta
