Grave marker for Carlton R. Sypolt in Venice Memorial
Gardens, Venice (Sarasota county), Florida. Note on the inset that
his parachutist wings have been included.
Carlton registered for the Draft registered for the
draft in his hometown, Albright (Preston), WV, on 18 December 1942 and
he was inducted into the Army on 16 October 1943. He was
discharged on 17 December 1945.
He married Ann Elizabeth Hileman [1924-2007] in
Preston, West Virginia in 1949. |
