Grave marker for Lester D. Tedford in the Rocky Cemetery, Sims (Montgomery county), Arkansas.

Pvt Tedford was transferred from 82nd Airborne Division HQ on 3 October 1944 to Company G, 508th as a replacement following the Holland oprations..  He was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge for action during the Ardennes campaign, 18 Dec 1944 to 20 Feb 1945.

Lester remained in the Army and attained the rank of master sergeant.
